Six daily questions that can transform your life!

Marshall Goldsmith's six powerful questions have profoundly impacted my perspective on personal and professional growth, and they might do the same for you. Here they are:

✅ Did I do my best to set clear goals?

✅ Did I do my best to make progress toward my goals?

✅ Did I do my best to find meaning?

✅ Did I do my best to be happy?

✅ Did I do my best to build positive relationships?

✅ Did I do my best to be fully engaged?

By regularly asking yourself these questions, you take responsibility for your actions instead of blaming others. While taking full responsibility can be uncomfortable, it's where real growth happens.

This exercise takes just a few minutes a day, but incorporating these questions into my daily routine has been transformative. They serve as a gentle reminder that I am in control of my journey and that my best effort is enough. Remember, “best” may mean something different each day.

One approach that has been particularly helpful for me is enlisting an accountability partner. This is someone who supports you in staying committed to your goals by regularly checking in on your progress. They hold you accountable for the actions and behaviors you’ve committed to, providing encouragement, feedback, and motivation.

Choose someone you trust and respect, who is supportive and willing to be honest with you. This could be a colleague, friend, mentor, or coach. Agree on the frequency and format of your check-ins and clarify what you expect from each other in terms of support and feedback. Make sure to keep your check-in appointments and stay committed to the process as consistency is crucial for building momentum and achieving your goals.

Embrace these questions and take charge of your journey. 🌟
